In the event that the customer returns or withdraws the product, the returned product will be returned within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any savings.
In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tear, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, it will not return the product and will not refund the price.
For products returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 2 business days. Credit Card returns will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. After the “Canceled” warning about your order, all the prices will be refunded to your credit card or to the bank where you made the transfer.
