How to Dry Jerusalem Date?
Colored but not reddened or softened dates from the date tree are preferred and collected without damaging their stems. The collected dates are cut with the help of garden shears so that their stems take a T shape. Their skins are peeled off like apples and tied with a rope from the stems in pairs or in five. They are kept in boiling water for 10 seconds so that they do not touch each other and each surface is in contact with air. Dates are left to dry by hanging them in a windy or air current place.

If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report on the cargo company. The customer is obliged to return the product with its condition at the time of delivery and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.
In the event that the customer returns or withdraws the product, the returned product will be returned within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any savings.
In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tear, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, it will not return the product and will not refund the price.
For products returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 2 business days. Credit Card returns will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation, you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the “Canceled” warning about your order, all the prices will be refunded to your credit card or to the bank where you made the transfer.
