Sheikh Murat Gazi discovered how to soak chickpeas, which is a type of legumes, between 1370 and 1390. Roasted chickpeas began to spread in Istanbul in the 17th century. Afterward, shops selling chickpeas started to open. Announced to the world from our country, roasted chickpea takes its place in the most enjoyable moments with its different varieties.
How is Chickpea Produced?
