The first method among fig drying methods is traditionally sun drying. It is also frequently preferred in our country. Then the figs are laid out on a grid for drying and left to the sun. Another method used for making dried figs is drying in the oven. Figs can be dried easily in the oven, which has a temperature of 43-45 degrees.
